Duties and Responsibilities: Home Health Aide make a remarkable difference in the lives of the sick, disabled and elderly, they assisting with personal tasks such as dressing and bathing, and helping  to keep homes safe and clean, they allow those who would otherwise need  a higher level of care the opportunity to live on their own.

Education: There is no formal education requirement for home health aide, but most aides have a high school diploma, or if work in agencies must get formal training and pass a standardized test.

REFLECTION: I think this is a good job, because you do not need go to the college , only you need a high school diploma or well a training in an agency, but is well, you can help the people you can’t do their things for their own
