Duties and Responsibilities: They provide specialist advice based on the application of economic theory and knowledge. They do this by studying data and statistics and using their understanding of economic relationships to uncover trends, carrying out considerable amounts of research and collecting large amounts of information. They then analyze all the data they have amassed to assess feasibility, produce forecasts of economic trends, determine the implications of their findings and make recommendations of ways to improve efficiency. Economists use specialist software and advanced methods in statistical analysis to assemble, sift and present this information, which is then used to advise businesses and other organizations, including government agencies.

Salary: $91,860

Education: A master's or a doctoral degree in economics is generally required for economist positions within the private sector, and graduate degree holders form the overwhelming majority of economists. A bachelor's degree in the field provides adequate preparation for entry-level government positions.






REFLECTION: I don't like be a economist because, is so much work and you cannot do a mistake in your work, the persons depend on your work and if is incorrect you can cause a serious problem. only choose this career because no is boring is interesting.

Chinese (Oriental) Medicine


Duties and Responsibilities: Oriental medicine treats a variety of ailments including headaches, back pain, arthritis, or other illnesses by identifying patterns of imbalance within a body’s energy levels and working to readjust fluids or tissues in order to keep the body in balance and relieve pain. Include techniques like: acupuncture, cupping, acupressure, and herbal supplements that are applied to specific body parts or tissues. Practitioners must be able to evaluate a patient’s symptoms and identify what organs or tissues are causing the ailment, and come up with a customized plan that incorporates oriental herbs and practices into a treatment.
Salary: $61,000

Education: Practitioners are licensed to be a physician’s assistant and then take classes to become certified in oriental medicine. Most practitioners earn a Bachelor’s degree in biology or another medical related field, then go on to fill state requirements for practicing oriental medicine. Most states require students to work as an intern or apprentice for a specific number of hours in order to qualify for certification, and then have them take an examination to become certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.








REFLECTION: I would like practice that because, if you think when you don't have medicine made by scientists how you can solve your problems of health and is when you need use this type of medicine while, is natural and practice for more of 2,000 years by the ancestors.

Duties and Responsibilities: The purpose of cell therapy is to introduce cells into the body that will grow and replace damaged tissue. Cell therapy differs from conventional stem cell therapy in that the cells injected into the body in cell therapy are already differentiated (e.g., muscle cells, gland cells), whereas conventional stem cell therapy utilizes undifferentiated, usually embryonic cells. Cell therapy has long been used by alternative medicine practitioners who have claimed great benefits; these have not been replicated by conventional medical practitioners.

My week

The last week was good because, only were four days of class and I like when we have a day of no school and I start the week very well, the Monday always is stressful because I need many works and home works and sometimes during the weekend don’t do but, between the week no have many homework but, yes I have quizzes and tests.

Some problems may be diagnosed by your symptoms and the doctor’s findings when you are examined. You may need additional tests such as an ECG, x-ray, or blood test. Other problems will require more specialized testing. Your cardiologist may recommend lifestyle changes or medicine. Each patient’s case is unique.

Education: All doctors must complete a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) program. You must have at least three years of college to enter a M.D. program, but many students complete a bachelor's degree in a science-related subject before entering a M.D. program. Additionally, entrance into medical school requires passing scores on the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT).The M.D. program takes four years to complete, and it includes classroom courses and clinical work. Typically, the first two years of a program cover biology, anatomy, chemistry, pathophysiology, organ systems, and disease.
